Alps Commercial have been instructed as joint letting agents on the Birchwood Boulevard Office Park in Warrington by The Duchy of Lancaster. The development comprises approximately 75,000 sq ft of multi occupied units ranging in size from 800 sq ft through to approximately 10,000 sq ft. The park which was constructed in the early 1980's is undergoing a comprehensive schedule of improvement including complete external redecoration and refurbishment of internal vacant units where necessary. Alps are advising on the viability for a new rural courtyard office park on the perimeter of a major Cheshire town. The scheme has the capability to accommodate approximately 30,000 sq ft of business space. Alps are researching the suitability of various uses including office, light industrial/workshop, leisure and retail. Alps are currently marketing two industrial units to the South East of York. The units comprise approximately a total of 11,000 sq ft and are due to undergo a programme of refurbishment.
